Posture and Workstation Assessment
Would you like your office workers to take responsibility for their own workstation assessments?
Wellnomics Risk Management enables office workers to complete their own Posture and Workstation Assessments online. The assessment is based on the latest research on
office ergonomics1 and complies with health and safety guidelines in most countries. The self-assessment provides office workers with advice on adjusting their work area, and highlights any individuals that may require extra assistance or particular equipment or guidance.

The assessment covers all the key areas:

Individual Risk Report
Once the questionnaire is completed, each employee receives an online report showing their risk rating and a list of recommended actions.

Clicking on each recommendation provides the employee with instructions on making adjustments to their workstation or posture. Advice is provided regarding best-practice.

Management Reports
Management reports allow you to view the results of all the assessments. You can see the top risk factors found, plus a list of the top recommendations for your organisation. Dig deeper to identify the employees for which change is needed.

The risk factors measured by the Posture and Workstation Assessment are:

The Posture and Workstation Assessment is part of the Wellnomics Risk Management solution. Data from this assessment is combined with other assessments (such as Symptoms, Psychosocial Factors and Measurement of Computer Use and Breaks) to calculate overall risk levels for employees and the organisation.
