Compliance Assessment (WorkPace)

Are your office workers taking enough breaks from their computers to prevent them from discomfort or injury? Are you meeting your legislative requirements?

Wellnomics Compliance Assessment, used in conjunction with the Wellnomics Breaks & Exercise software (also known as Wellnomics WorkPace), allows you to ensure breaks are taken in compliance with legislative or health & safety guidelines regarding computer use. It also helps you verify that office workers are using the Wellnomics Breaks & Exercises software correctly, and to identify areas where action is required.

This assessment analyses data from Wellnomics Breaks & Exercises¹ to verify the following:


Management reports allow you to identify issues for further action. For example, the report below highlights users with poor break compliance, ineffective settings, and for whom data collection is no longer occurring correctly.


Wellnomics enables you to send pre-prepared warnings to employees who have risks present. These warnings are logged to provide a record of the actions taken.

You can centrally control Wellnomics Breaks & Exercises settings for each employee to ensure your Health and Safety policy is being applied correctly. You can also implement and monitor rehabilitation programmes for injured workers or instigate early intervention for high risk employees. Compliance with these rehabilitation or early intervention programmes can then be monitored.

The Compliance Assessment is part of the Wellnomics Risk Management solution. Data from this assessment is combined with other assessments (such as Symptoms, Psychosocial Factors and Measurement of Computer Use and Breaks) to calculate overall risk levels for employees and the organisation.
