Wellnomics WorkPace goes Direct in the Netherlands from mid-December
June 16, 2008
From mid-December 2008 Health and safety software company Wellnomics will be selling and supporting its market-leading WorkPace product directly in the Netherlands. In support of this move, the company has recently opened a new office in Amstelveen, led by Alan Vickers, the European Sales Director for Wellnomics. “The Netherlands is recognised worldwide as a best practice leader in office ergonomics,” says Alan Vickers. “We feel is is important that we are closer to this market and our key customers, as well as key partners such as the TNO Research Institute. “TNO helped Wellnomics develop the new Wellnomics Risk Management product, which allows existing WorkPace clients to streamline their office ergonomics programmes by adding the latest in reporting on computer use plus web-based risk inventorisation and evaluation (RIE).” The move to set up its own local office underlines the importance of the Netherlands market for Wellnomics and allows the company’s WorkPace and Wellnomics Risk Management customers to be supported directly by the manufacturer. “It is an exciting time for our company and we look forward to working directly with the many Netherlands users of our ergonomic software solutions and to further enhance our services.” Behind the move is a strategic initiative for Wellnomics to increase its activities in Europe. With the Netherlands being centrally located in Europe it is an ideal location from which Wellnomics can support the wider European market. Existing customers should note that all current support and maintenance contracts will be fully supported by Wellnomics BV ongoing.
